Toners & Exfoliators

Toners play a positive role by making the skin glow from the inside out.  First and foremost, they are used to balance your skin’s pH levels (normally around 5.5) after you cleanse with your normal facial cleanser. After cleansing, your face becomes more alkaline, which makes it more prone to damage and inflammation. Using a toner re-balances your skin.

Toners help you prep your face to better absorb the nutrient-rich ingredients of your skincare, e.g. ampoules, essences, serums or moisturizers that you apply afterwards.

Toners are not only hydrating, but some of them also target an array of skin concerns, such as excessive oiliness, redness, and acne breakouts.

Many people tend to omit a toner especially in their morning skincare routine, but once you find the right one for you, using a toner is a great way to get a healthy, glowing skin!
