Temporary Shipping Schedule
Please note that our regular shipping schedule will be temporarily adjusted.
We'll be away from July 1-26, 2026.
Orders placed after 6 pm of June 30, 2026 will be shipped on July 25, 2026.
Our regular shipping schedule (ships within 24 hrs) will resume on July 25, 2026. Beginning on this date, orders placed before 2:30 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 p.m. EST will be shipped the next business day.

The more product you buy, the Lower the shipping fee or get FREE shipping. Most of our products have a shelf life of 3 years (exact expiry dates are on the product description section). So you can stock up!

* Packages returned to us due to invalid/incorrect/incomplete address, and unclaimed/refused packages will not be eligible for free re-delivery (free shipping offer is valid for the first attempt delivery only). If you wish to have your order re-delivered, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a re-delivery. Additional fees may apply for re-deliveries.

SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL
Shipping fees will be calculated based on your location. Any customs fees, duties, and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customers. Estimated delivery date = 6-10 business days. We're sorry that we cannot offer different shipping rates based on the amount of your order (like what we offer for shipping within Canada) at this time. However, international shoppers still get some shipping discounts as we pass on the discounts we receive from Canada Post or UPS to our international shoppers.
Shipping Policy
- Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate, complete, and valid. Packages sent back to us due to incorrect, incomplete, and/or undeliverable address may be subject to additional fees if a re-delivery is requested. If a refund is requested, any costs incurred on the package during transit (including original shipping cost, package return shipping costs, applicable taxes, and applicable duties) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For parcels delivered to an outdoor community mailbox in hot or cold temperatures, please ensure you retrieve your package as soon as possible to avoid items from being compromised. SunSkincare cannot be responsible for items damaged due to weather/temperature-related complications.
- For parcels held at the nearest post office for pick-up, please ensure you retrieve your package in a timely manner as per instructions on the delivery notice card. Canada Post cannot hold your package for an extended period of time. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may be subject to additional fees if a re-delivery is requested. If a refund is requested, any costs incurred on the package during transit (including original shipping cost, package return shipping costs, applicable taxes, and applicable duties) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- SunSkincare is not responsible for customs duties, fees, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with parcels shipped outside of Canada.
- SunSkincare is not responsible and will not issue refunds, exchanges, or replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable. However, if you encounter any delivery issues, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it with UPS or Canada Post on your behalf.
- Separate orders to the same shipping address may be packaged and shipped together.
- We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations.
- SunSkincare is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to examination by local customs office, refused by local customs office, delayed due to delivery carrier peak seasons (holidays, etc.), or delayed/returned due to being unclaimed by the recipient.
