Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We accept returns on unopened and unused merchandise in its original packaging and/or seal within 30 days of receiving your order (based on shipping provider’s date of delivery). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused, in new condition. Opened and/or used items cannot be returned or refunded.
Please note that we are not responsible for any adverse skin reactions that may occur from the use of products we sell. To reduce the risk, please carefully review the full ingredient list and perform a patch test before introducing any new product into your routine.
To start a return, you can contact us at sunskincareofficial@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defects and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it has been approved and you return items and the remaining total of your original order falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost that we paid will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
