Temporary Shipping Schedule
Please note that our regular shipping schedule will be temporarily adjusted.
We'll be away from July 1-26, 2026.
Orders placed after 6 pm of June 30, 2026 will be shipped on July 25, 2026.
Our regular shipping schedule (ships within 24 hrs) will resume on July 25. Beginning on this date, orders placed before 2:30 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 p.m. EST will be shipped the next business day.

WITHIN CANADA
The more product you buy, the Lower the shipping fee or get FREE shipping. Most of our products have long shelf life (exact expiry dates are on the product description page). So you can stock up!
Most orders are shipped using UPS or Canada Post. Occasionally, we may use other carriers such as Purolator, ICS Courier, Canpar, or similar services. Please ensure the shipping and billing information are complete, valid, and correct. If the shipping address is a P.O. box, please ensure the P.O. Box accepts parcel deliveries.
If you live in a building with locked front doors and no concierge or security at the front desk to accept the package please provide buzzer code to get into the building. If courier can not get into the building packages may be left unattended.

Shipping fees will be calculated based on your location. Simply add products to your shopping cart and press checkout button, then fill out your mailing address. The shipping fees/ options will show up for selection. Any customs fees, duties, and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customers. Estimated delivery date = 6-10 business days.
We're sorry that we cannot offer different shipping rates based on the amount of your order (like what we offer for shipping within Canada) at this time. However, international shoppers still get some shipping discounts as we pass on the discounts we receive from Canada Post or UPS to our international shoppers.
