How To Use
After cleansing, apply a moderate amount over the face and pat lightly for better absorption.
It can be used as facial masks. Soak cotton pads (such as Klairs Toner Mate 2 in 1 Cotton Pad) with the toner and apply all over your face or on areas that need extra care.
